<p>Apple has demanded that IP Australia, the organisation tasked with regulating intellectual property, bans Woolworths&#8217; trademark on the grounds that ‘consumers may not be able to differentiate between the two brands’ and claims the grocery chain might launch rival products in competition with its own.</p>

<p>I mean, what&#8217;s going on here?  That doesn&#8217;t look anything like an apple.  I mean, come on.  It&#8217;s sad to me when I see a company as big as apple who still cannot be happy with what they have.  It makes me wonder how they got to be where they are today.  When a company is so greedy as to attack a grocery store for having a logo which looks absolutely nothing like an apple, I begin to wonder what&#8217;s going to happen to the rest of us.</p>
