		<description>I would be happy to have someone review your pricing to see if we can help.  Please email us at the address below.  I did also want to provide clarification regarding the cap.  This is not a new policy in any way and has been around for a number of year.  This was just clarification based on Customer feedback.  The policy in the past was top 1/10 of 1% of users would receive a warning and if they received another one their services were suspended for 1 year.  By providing a set number makes it easier for someone to manage their usage.
